Event planning and management
We planned and managed a total of six investigator meetings for more than 100 attendees, which took place over a consecutive four-day period.
This involved handling registration and catering, and liaising with multiple venues and congress officials to carefully select times and days for each event, ensuring there was no overlap with congress sessions, or other meetings.
Digital event development
As three of the six meetings were hybrid in nature, our digital experts provided platform and engagement tool recommendations at the planning stage.
They liaised with local partners to source and set up all relevant technical and AV equipment for each meeting, and managed the virtual output live from each meeting space.
