We planned and managed all meetings, and to ensure optimal attendance, developed a schedule that saw the events coincide with key congresses and other meetings related to the study’s therapy area.
As the meetings were taking place in different regions, our event management team also recognised that it was important to plan each with respect to key cultural nuances, and developed tailored delegate communications accordingly.
Digital event development
With the events taking place over the course of a year, some were held at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. This meant the meetings were initially virtual, and it’s where our digital experts had an important role to play when it came to platform recommendation, development and management.
They worked closely with our event management team to develop hybrid solutions as pandemic related restrictions eased, providing technical support throughout.
