Event planning and management
The team handled all pre-planning, including programme development, venue research, support and liaison, and collateral and branding, and managed both meetings from start to finish across two separate days.
They also recommended adding draw cards such as ‘meet the experts’ sessions, and ensuring KOLs and steering committee members were physically present, as well as advised on venue locations.
Digital event development
Our digital team worked in close collaboration with SWM Partners’ event management experts to develop a series of unique engagement solutions that ensured those tuning in remotely could join the conversation. These included a live chat functionality, and polling and Q&A platform, where questions could be either sent in via text, or asked verbally.
They also advised that sessions be recorded, so those who could not attend either in-person or virtually due to time zone or other factors, were able to tune in at a later date.
