Our event experts planned and oversaw all elements of the events in both locations, including venue sourcing and liaison, accommodation and travel management, and audio visual.
They developed several networking and engagement strategies at the planning stage, as after so long physically apart, the team recognised the importance of maximising the opportunity to bring delegates together face-to-face.
The meetings therefore featured a range of Q&As with study leaders, case studies complete with quizzes to ensure key information was retained, polls, and group discussion sessions.
Science and data-led communications
The scientific team designed and created content for country specific roundtable discussion sessions. They created a platform for dynamic knowledge exchange, and the sharing of study specific feedback from site specialists, which was a key client objective.
They supported on speaker rehearsals, managed the creation of all presentations – ensuring cohesive branding throughout, and handled last-minute updates on the live event days. A series of 13 video modules were also created for a dedicated portal, which are designed to complement the study and enhance learning opportunities.
