Digital strategy and implementation
Our digital team led the project, which began by presenting three unique content recommendations that would connect and inspire delegates.
These were all taken onboard by the client, and we handled their creation and/or management, while providing ongoing strategic counsel to maximise engagement.
Content highlights included a fireside chat, where guest speakers including those from sites involved in the study, and a well known KOL took part in a moderated Q&A style panel.
The screen was free from slides throughout the session, and we produced a custom branded fireplace background to create a relaxed, conversational atmosphere, which encouraged delegates to ask questions.
Elsewhere, we storyboarded a demonstration video, which was based on a lab manual provided by the client, briefed a specialist videographer – where the focus was on developing a personable and approachable film – and liaised with the client on kit recommendations.
This aired during the event, and saw three scientists situated in a lab setting explain how to administer and store a product that related to the trial.
Thirdly, our team analysed the client’s existing suite of video assets, and suggested that they play a powerful, clinical trial related piece of content during the meeting’s break times.
Our team also managed the meeting as it unfolded in real time, and seamlessly integrated polling and Q&A functionalities into the event portal, to drive interactivity and connection.
