
SWM recognises the importance of having the right location for your event. As part of this process, we will produce a ‘flight rationale’ to identify a venue that minimises travel times for your delegates and reduces overall flight costs.
The venue must:
- Provide the appropriate accommodation, meeting space and business facilities
- Be within pre-determined budget limits
- Meet the pharmaceutical meeting guidelines stipulated by each participating country
SWM provides comprehensive and clearly itemised budgets in line with the project brief. We have a successful track record of delivering events within budget, ensuring any changes are clearly communicated and that there are no ‘nasty surprises’ at the end of a successful meeting. Post-event, SWM will supply the client with a detailed final reconciliation.
