SWM has assisted several companies with disease/therapy area training to introduce their teams to a new medical area and help prepare them for interaction with clinicians in this field.
SWM’s training programmes are tailor-made to the target audience e.g. clinical operations or commercial teams at head office or affiliate level.
We use external experts both to help develop the training materials and to deliver the programme in face-to-face meetings.
A key element in the successful exchange of medical information is through doctor-to-doctor communication and training. SWM has worked with international Key Opinion Leaders to develop medical educational programmes which are then delivered at regional levels cascading their message to local physicians.
